FIRST AND LAST MONTH REQUIRED

Rent is $690.00 a month. Discount valued at $10.00 an hour for 12 hours
work can be up to 12 hours. Additional 3 hours work trade per month for being on top of EDU-Every Day Cleanup. Total rent can be discounted to


PAY $530.00

$530.00 =- doing 12 hours work trade per month and 3 hours Every Day Clean UP per month. Daily looking after household, common cleanup

PAY $560.00

$560.00 doing everyday cleanup + 12 hours of discounted work including maintenance, yard work, and plant care.

PAY $690.00

$690.00. Do some everyday cleanup. make sure you are on top of your dishes, bathroom care, etc. $150 of your rent goes into a Work Fund. Another person will be paid for doing 12 hours of Work from the Work Fund,
and paid to help with Every Day Clean up.

SHARED BATHROOM

Room is located downstairs. You share a bathroom.


FOOD

Some in the household support local organic farmers at the Hillcrest and other San Diego Farmers' Markets.

Organic lifestyle preferred here. Many in the house like to prepare food in our kitchen. We have a kitchen that basically is for vegetarian food preparation. There is a crock pot outside for meat. You may eat whatever foods you wish in the dining room, but kitchen is basically for vegetarian prep of food.


THE POLICY IS NO DRUGS OR DRINKING ON THE PROPERTY

This is the for safety of the environment. We prefer to maintain a drug free and alcohol free environment.
