Legalizing Food Rights - an Insanity That Needs Healing Now! by chef jem .....

America is suffering from several unexpected shock conflicts that now is manifesting as "disease" and so far we have only been considering the symptoms appearing as a loss of certain freedoms including food freedom.

Legal Food Rights Is An Oxymoron!

Common Law Rights and remedies vs. legal snares.

"If one does not have food Rights then the courts are the last place to be pursuing them!

In regards to individuals and their Rights, the courts (along with other "legal" entities) deal with privileges. They are not in the business of Rights. They are into regulating (i.e. taxing) privileges. Rights are outside of their interests.

If you convert a Right to a privilege you are literally selling out your birthrights. It is a form of voluntary servitude.

However, If one has food Rights (as well as property Rights) then every adverse action by any "foreign" agent (and beginning with the initial trespass) must be immediately responded to in ways that hold each individual trespasser fully accountable for their trespass. Every time those individual trespasses are allowed without an immediate response that effectively (and fully Lawfully) repels the trespasser, then those trespassers appear to have some kind of justification for their actions.

Waiting to respond until the agencies present their trespass as if it were a genuine legal issue is simply a snare that best be avoided! There is no Lawful reason to voluntarily walk into that snare, unless you had contracted with the agency before hand. Why more consideration isn't put on repelling the trespassers and then holding them fully accountable under the common law before any legal actions begin is (IMO) symptomatic of the legal realm's conditioning upon the American psyche."

No one in their right mind, would convert their birthright (their most fundamental impulse to survive and the corresponding need) for right nourishment into a mere, government granted privilege that is then subject to be taxed and if taxed then slowly destroyed. The idea is most repugnant and all the more so to any red-blooded American soul!

It appears to me that there is an urgent need now to "clean house" starting with the "house" of our thinking (aka our mind). This is the place to begin in virtually all instances requiring healing and (IMO) the American psyche is in the most "over-ripe" state where immediate action for healing is required now.

In New Medicine terms, I believe there are multiple "shock conflicts" within the collective American psyche that need to be recognized and fully acknowledged and by doing so that will allow us to enter the healing phase!

The truth will set us free, however this truth is not beautiful! The truth is the government has lied to us all along starting with the inauguration of General George Washington. Just like I said, it's not a pretty sight but it must be seen to grok the lie! Otherwise we live and die by that lie. Better to know the truth and live free!

Comment I just posted at one of the Real Food Bloggers site after Larken Rose's comment:

"Thank You Larken!

Pull the curtain on the whole damn show! It is all smoke and mirrors.

Dear commentators,
Anyone not living in Washington DC or on some other Federally-owned turf has no business going into these courts! Each and every one of those "god-complex nutcase(s) in a black dress" is not our judge. Therefore it really doesn't matter what they say; however it would have been better not to have pursued this issue in court because it only further confuses an already very confused public. Maybe people can learn from this?

The "hallucinating (of) that mythical thing called 'authority'" has apparently been so deeply implanted into the collective psyche that I do not think most people really know what true freedom actually means now. It starts in the mind with a certain kind of thinking. It has to be individually and personally conceived, not too much unlike like having child. IMO, America needs to be reborn in this way.

The Declaration of Independence needs to be "re-enacted" by re-assimilating all it's understanding regarding government. That is still the first Organic Law. The second: the Articles of Confederation is like unto it (which is printed in the United States Code as the second of four Organic Laws). Once you are clear on the first two Organic Laws the last two Organic Laws can be disregarded because you will not need them. They are inferior to the first two as they pertain to the "Federal turf" which is a foreign jurisdiction to you (as long as you don't live in DC or the federal territories, etc).

Arguing over the last Organic Law is symptomatic of the confusion that was deliberately intended from the day it was first signed.

"... We should always remember that governments are by their nature prone to deviate away from the law and truth so as to grow and eat off the substance of the people. Let us reflect upon the following relevant quotes by some of America's statesmen:

It has ever been the scheme of government to keep the people ignorant of their rights
--Thomas Paine
The government turns every contingency into an excuse for enhancing power in itself.
--John Adams
The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground.
--Thomas Jefferson
The contest for ages has been to rescue liberty from the grasp of the executive power.
--Daniel Webster

These are some words of wisdom you should keep in mind whenever you receive information from government sources, or sources under the control or influence of government.":
