He is on a journey now to win back our Sacred Seeds. He invites everyone to sign the ‘7.5 Million + 2 Petition’ on Change.org; '7.5 Million +2' is the magical number of votes he imagines we need to win the 2012 California Right to Know Label GMOs Ballot Initiative. His rally cry is “Grow a Healthier Pizza! on the questionnaire for the National Heirloom Expo, it asks what do I consider my greatest achievement?
I can think of many.
Here is one I never voiced.
Editing a small book, called “Santa Susana Over the Pass…into the Past” and doing original historical research in that book called “A stagecoach History of Los Angeles And the Santa Susana State Road” The book was used as data to help to create the Santa Susana Mountain State Park. I did this as a journalism student at Cal State Northridge.
When I have time, I would like to reflect on some others.
Among them would be...
being in some very important places at the right time to record and be a part of social history.
I was a VISTA Associate in the summer of 1968 at Parks Job Corps in Pleasanton.
Coming in on the bus, we passed through Haight Asbury during the Summer of Love 1968,
