A History of Tomato Sauce as a Vegetable.
Lori Wallach, Director of Global Trade Watch for Public Citizen, was at a meeting here in San Diego tonight.
I showed her the '7.5 Million + 2 Petition." She told me that the tomato sauce as a vegetable issue happened about five years ago and that Public Citzen was involved in some kind of legal case with this.
She said that this had been repealed.
She was not aware that this was an issue in November 2011 in Washington.
That is what my research shows.
I want to do some research to see what she was talking about five years ago.
