This Material is going into Chapter Four of "Grow A Healthier Pizza," The book. This Plant Your Dream Blog was written during the Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza 2012, and needs to be worked over.
This material needs a major work over.
The idea is to have quotes from various Voices I admire from the past, and present and future. The future are the Youth. "Grow A healthier Pizza!" is a metaphor for grow some of your own food, and to claim the Right to Know what is in your own food. It also is a challenge to grow some of your own food as a way of 'outgrowing" the need for Special Interests who are more than willing to step in and grow our food for us. Best we take charge of our food supply.

The man pulling his dream from the Magic box was Ramon Real, secretary for agriculture for Tecate, Mexico. The picture of the statue is from Balboa Park and is dedicated to our youth. The third picture of the children--Kids at the Montessori School in Tecate, Mexico, helped Grow a Healthier Pizza. They ground KAMUT® Khorasan ancient wheat into kernels at the 2nd Festival of Traditional Medicine for the Americas. I returned a few weeks later and a teacher told me the grass was about eight inches tall. The project, Grow a Healthier Pizza, involves getting our beat back with nature through regaining confidence that we can grow some of our own food. Each child received seeds to 'Plant Your Dream' I came a few weeks later for World Environment Day at the same location, Professor's Park. Another teacher greeted me with a lot of love. She said the children called me the "Dreammaker." I was touched. This amazing school epitomizes good education for children. More about it...soon...
