"... the more traditionally correct science is enlightening: It shows that we have dramatically lowered our metabolism as a nation by eating mostly corn, soy and wheat. Put simply, we are no longer burning our food efficiently. For many people, this equates to weight gain, but for many others it also means fatigue, emotional ups and downs, poor memory, attention deficit disorder, constipation, bloating, water retention, insomnia and much more...."

Linda says: "Infertility is at an all-time high" and she is not the only saying this. It's also mentioned in "Raw Milk: The Whole Truth" DVD featuring Mark McAfee and Dr. Dale Jacobson (DC). In that video - Mark says "We are the Pottenger cats"!
Mark's statement refers to the famous cat study that was done by Pottenger who demonstrated the vital importance of diet for the cats and his study included milk. He essentially fed two groups of cats. One with raw milk and the other with pasteurized milk. The cats fed raw milk (and raw meat) were totally healthy generation after generation. The other cats began having heath problems and these worsened over the succeeding generations until the point where the cats became infertile! It is now several generations since the introduction of pasteurized milk and all the other "foods of commerce" into the American diet. And now we are at the point were it is common to hear of people having difficulty having children because of infertility. However, modern "medicine" is finding ways to essentially force a pregnancy. To the extent which that approach is advocated and pursued is a reflection of the extent that people ignore the cause of their infertility.
