Taste Organic! This is a Key for Winning Label GMOs in CA
Unfi is the largest distributor of organic, Non GMO, and Natural Foods. What a hoot that would be to have this truck roll into the Hami High Parking Lot, and giveaway samples of Organic and Non GMo Foods. I can see this happening, either April 25, or later on during the GMO season.

Time is flying by. I have my sights set on a desert Passover Retreat April 13-15, but I better get some things in gear now to collect goodies to launch the next step of the Taste Organic Project, April 25,2012 at Hamilton HIgh School, Los Angeles.
A few days following the Natural Product Expo West March 8-11, I went into Ms Eva Becker's classroom and we sampled various organic foods that I brought from #expowest.
Dr. Bernard Jensen taught, "We reach one another one step above where we are!" For me that translates: Match the product with the enthusiastic recipient.
The products I brought into the classroom were an overwhelming success. Ms Eva Becker, my niece, asked various question of the kids. What is Organic? What is GMO? The youth raised hands with answers.
I wanted out various products.
I also had an assortment of buttons from various companies that were a hit with these 10th Graders in the Magnate Music program. Some of the graduates of Hami HIgh, go into careers in film and entertainment.
Medical Fair April 25, 2012
Ms Eva Becker and her seniors are organizing a Medical Fair for Wednesday, April 25, 2012 on campus. Various guests will come in to show conventional and alternative medical approaches.
Taste Organic! Offerings
I better get busy and line up some products for the Project Taste Organic! My experience in the classroom clearly showed that when the youth get to taste organic, they recognize a quality standard that is missing in many conventional foods.
I believe that tasting Organic fresh foods and products is one of the best ways that we can help youth become educated about organic foods. This is an opportunity to teach as well about the Non GMO foods.
This year Everyone has Choice Label GMOs
There are many countries in the world today that label GMOs. In other words, people have a choice, and the government agrees people have a Right to Know what they are eating. This is not the case in the US. We do not Label GMOs. This is shifting.
Many States, including California are in the middle of initiatives to Label GMOs. California has until April 22 to gather a remaining 350,000 signatures to secure a position on the November ballot.
We already have 500,000 signatures in one of the fastest collection campaigns in recent history, according to one signature gatherer at the HIllcrest Farmers' Market April 1, 2012. He told me that it normally takes three months to gather the number of signatures that the Label GMOs Campaign gathered.
Gathering Signatures for the CA Label GMOs Takes Place Until April 22
I am convinced that this ballot measure will get on the ballot, but we are in for some close looks at the signatures. Many signatures will be discounted, I am sure. There are lots of voices in favor of Label GMOs, and many voices would would prefer that people do not know what is in their food.
What will it Take to Win the CA Ballot Measure?

Uncle Leslie, as I am called in the Classroom offered up Organic Food from #expowest a few days after the 2012 event. I will return April 25 to participate in a Medical fair. Wow!!! What vittles will I bring?????? I want to give the youth a Taste of Organic!!!!!!
