Osha is also called Bear Root by the indians because they saw sick Bears that were coughing, sneezing, and farting dig up and eat this root and seemed better...then they tried it when they got sick and they felt better...just chew on an organic root note, it doen not taste good...Lung Wort Great lung Herb too...
