feeling a bit headachy...
used quinton as moutnwash...felt right.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IN A NUTSHELL

Very inspired morning....for hours...then the day turned sour, then bitter,
then frustrating. I did not monitor my emotions very well.

IT Is GRACE THAT I HAD DO MANY HOURS ALONE
TO REVIEW AND TAKE THIS PIT STOP


FOUR MONTHS OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE

A normal winter would have been filled with different things.
I had to pay attention to other things.
Then added on an assistant...and who needed help...
I just had a week by myself.

I learned a lot from this.

Go see if I can find some of the things I set aside yesterday

It would be grace to have the original of the Piece near the white house.


I can take more time to clean up on this.

It was a Pit stop day. I looked into my Chaos and I did not like what I found.
I went to find some of the work I did during the week...I could not find it for hours, until I was shown all the Chaos.


I did not handle my emotions very well.

I could have taken more..of Five Flower Formula when I went into shock.
Then Post Traumatic Stress
