I have been drinking the Green Fix Smoothie every time I feel hungry.
I had one gallon and two quarts yesterday that I brought home. We are down to two quarts. Nadine is drinking too. I took Nadine to a Nerve Test for her sprained angle. It was an excruciating experience for the both of us. It was very painful. I was drinking there.


Morning am kind of early...

I got up feeling to start to reboot today. Nadine, my asistant and I watched
"Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" last week on Netflix. It is also free on Hulu. I am into seeing how far I can go with this. I am hungry already. My nose is running. It is a cold drink.

Had about a quart so far today. I generally eat lamb in the morning and I am hungry.
