Doug left me with holes in the wall.

Spent time with Marcello, the Documentarian yesterday on the phone
negotiating for more painting.

He will give me a discount on prepping the Doug room.

It needs patches and there are places in the wall.

The next tenant needs to leave some kind of security deposit for bringing it back to rentable.

HOW DO I COVER THE EXPENSE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT?
