When I spoke I volunteered to be the Enchanted Gardener for the People's Organic Garden Initiative. Today is October 4, 2011. I am in Los Angeles and will speak at my niece Eva Becker's science class. I want to encourage the Hami Organic Garden to join the People's Organic Garden Initiative. My goal will be to get 1 million more students of all ages gardening, and add many more schools to the program. Props to all those who helped coordinate the Organic Listening Day. I will post more photos from my visit to the wonderful People's Organic Garden at the USDA. Props to Sec of Ag Tom Vilsack for this great program that is a vital key to a healthy agriculture in America.
