PUT A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME INTO
THIS TODAY

I thought I had it done a number of times,
but there were corrections.

First I had left off the URL's,
and then Kimberly caught a word,
I had to change to rediscover.

Also I want to make sure I use
the correct words:

The Unseen War on American Family Farms.

I started the day with intentions for all the fall
project and did some photos.

I want to upload those to Facebook.

This is the last Saturday I will be able to work
too much I this I thought.

I anticipated moving to the Pac Symposium Flyer
that is now overdue...but my energy was stalled out
and tired.

I wanted to go to print and get a complete.

Then, I Lurrae helped correct the title.

Moving Organic Forward Gave the wrong impression.


I worked on this more and uplaoded it to the
sites where it is.

FDA's Views on Freedom of Choice

Here are some of FDA's views expressed in its response on 'freedom of food choice' in general and on the right to obtain and consume raw milk in particular:

"Plaintiffs' assertion of a 'fundamental right to their own bodily and physical health, which includes what foods they do and do not choose to consume for themselves and their families' is similarly unavailing because plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food they wish." [p. 26]
FDA's brief goes on to state that "even if such a right did exist, it would not render FDA's regulations unconstitutional because prohibiting the interstate sale and distribution of unpasteurized milk promotes bodily and physical health." [p. 27]

In a letter sent to the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, April 26, 2011, in response to lawsuit initiated by FTCLDF, the FDA made it's views on food choice clear (emphasis mine):
