We are in a very stressful time.

I cannot tell you the amount of potential overwhelm
and stress, however, I am amazed how much potential
stress I got through yesterday, August 21.

A relationship brought up a need to process
much pain, abandonment, hurt over hurting another,
and deep inner child wimpering.

I got through a lot of this pain with some bodywork
and healing wth another best friend, Morea Garcia.
I highly recommend her services. My inner child started
to wimper and cry out. This was good.

The next day, yesterday, I confirmed my trip plans to the
East coast, and dealth with writing numbers of critically
important Plant Your Dream Blogs that will be important
to be success on the East Coast Tour.

Again this morning, I broke up with numbers of feelings
of important things that need to be done, but I got through this
with some of my Flower Essence Services Remedies.

I am back in movement now thanks to FES
support that helped me Keep going in the face of many
potentially paralzying emotions.
