Panicy feelings this morning.
Everything hitting all at once.

Post Traumatic Stress Flower Essence
and a dear friend picking up the phone
helps me feel a little better.

Really scared.
Very deep issues of abandonment,
and things more than I can handle
arriving all at once.

The reassuring words of a friend help.

I better remember to eat.
