The Shadow side of Food. Why did I have to deliver this message? got out of bed to compose some thoughts. It is 6:33 am. Tuesday morning. This is an important day. I went to an out of time wedding reception last night and took some footage. The story will continue here. Send love please....

THE SHADOW SIDE OF FOOD

The Shadow Side of Food....Message I do not want to deliver

I will compose my thoughts here....

beginning....6:36 am

This is dedicated to a little soul,
I see swirling in the spirit between
Elisheva and David, two most glorious Souls
filled with profound joy right now.
I attended a celebration last night
on the first day of their wedding.

The wedding was the afternoon
of Tu'Av, the happiest day of the Jewish Calendar
that falls about one week after the darkest day
called Tsh'bva.

I do not like being the one who has to tell
the story I see about the Dark Side of Food.

I would rather eat cupcakes--vegan and gluten free
in innocence--even thought I know the flour that
it took to make them may not have been organic.

We are in a strange time.
Sometimes, when I shop at Whole Foods Market,
I see myself wearing a safari helmet and guiding
the shoppers through a bizarre world of natural
and organic products. It takes wisdom today to know
how to shop, especially when we consider
that there might be a little soul that wants
to be born into a purer and holy world
that is fading now from sight simply because
we do not know how to eat,
and may not care to learn what this will take.
