Steve Colston, History Teacher SDSU, met him.
Very important reminder:
The food is entirely integrated into
the culture and history of a people.
He teaches MesoAmerica under Spanish Rule.
I asked him if he got into the agriculture.
He said yes.
Then I remembered a very important lesson from
Dr. Bernard Jensen; he would teach now the food
make the people.
You cannot separate corn from the people of
this region.
When was corn originally produced?
What is the effect of the food we are producing now
on health and culture?
This would be an interesting point of view to develop.
HIGHLY RATED TEACHER AT SDSU

I said I would like to come to one of his classes.
He was enthusiastic.
I told him about Plant Your Dream.
This could be adapted.
The food contains the cultural history of a people.
