Night before my 30 day fast

Hello all,
Tonight I am preparing for August 1, 2011 - The first day of the rest of my life. I am very excited to get started and hope to find support if needed. I am 41yrs old, soon to be 42 the day after my 30 day fast is completed. I have always been a very physically fit and athletic person and never had any worries about my weight or obesity until Jan 2007 when I suffered from a Pulmunary Embolism. The medications I had shoved into my system took a toll on my fit body and now I find mysef severly overweight. Although I am 5 8 1/2, I am weighing in at a whopping 236.8lbs. I am heavier now than I was at 9 months pregnant with my daughter. My average weight was 165 and I was wearing size 6 and 8, not I am squishing into am 18!! Since my PE I have suffered from severe depression and again the treatment was anti-depressants, once again contributing to my weight gain. Then one year ago was forced to have a hysterectomy causing my hormones to go nuts. I have turned into a HOT MESS and am ready to take back my life and end being ashamed at my body. Look out world, I feel as if I am back on track. So, here goes.
