The Best Eggs for Pius from the Hillcrest Farmers' Market

I am on an egg hunt,
and it isn't even Easter.
The recipient started out to be
Pius, our new housemate.
He loves eggs.
Angelene felt he needed to be eggucated.
Maybe you do too?
Some people do not know that it makes a difference.
the quality of egg you eat.
DId you know that if an egg is hatched
and goes unwashed you do not have to refrigerate
it for months and it will still be good?
Last night I was talking to my best friend.
She told me that when she eats most eggs
grown in the US she gets a headache;
but when she was in Zimbawee and ate the eggs
of hens that ran loose and ate bugs off
the ground, she did not get feel sickish.
When she was in Peru, she had the same
good egg experience. She ate the odd ball
size eggs and she digested them well.
What is up with this?
SUNDAY JUNE 12 I MADE AN ADVANCE
IN THE FIND THE GOOD EGGS AT THE
HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET PROJECT
Now to tell the truth
I am sure most eggs at the market will overshadow
the eggs from any supermarket.
Eggs at our Farmers' Market all our fresh
and the people selling them would not
do so if they did not believe in their eggs.
ROBERT, THE COUSIN OF SHERRILL EAST
My first stop Sunday June 12 was with
Robert, the counsen of my old friend Sherrill,
who died a about four or more years ago.
Sherrill was the original egg man,
now Robert is the Egg man for the recipients
of more than 350 dozen eaters per Farmers' Market;
that is his average.
I got one dozen eggs for Summer Nash,
one dozer for Pius, and one dozer for me.
That's the story so far.
There will be more to tell.
