detached retina with magnets

I was diagnosed with a detached retina last week and have been treating it with: Magnets, Colloidal Silver, White Oil of Gold, Magnetized water, and soon Polarity and Vogel crystals. Has any one else had success with these modalities? My eyesight is getting better every day. I don't want surgery but I can see the TV about 5 feet away and in day light see well enough to walk around. I did the Amsler test and just slight wavy lines were observed. Placing the South end of the magnet seems to increase my eye-sight while the North or negative has anesthesia qualities. The Colloidal Silver is made by me via 3 nine volt batteries in distilled water which helps in dryness and germ infection. The white oil of gold is an oil that has rhodium and iridium in it for disinfectants. If it keeps getting better I will continue this modality. I can see and feel the effects of magnetic s. I started with a 20 gauss magnet and now I am up to neodymium at about 20,000 gauss twice a day for 2 hours. I see better with the South pole taped to my temple.
