Congressman Ron Paul has once again introduced a bill that would allow the interstate shipment of raw milk and raw milk products for human consumption, HR 1830.

"We believe that there is a fundamental right to produce and consume the foods of our choice including raw milk, contrary to FDA's claim that there is no such right in its response to a lawsuit over this same matter."

I wrote: "Congress is authorized with a specific power to only regulate commerce and not to determine whether or not the content of the goods (that are crossing state lines) is a wise choice for the recipient. Therefore show us the Fundamental Law that authorizes the FDA to do what Congress is not authorized to do?
