I SET A SEED DREAM
NUMBERS OF MONTHS AGO


I had a Seed Dream numbers of months ago
that vendors at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market
would being using BioSmart Packaging,
a compostable alternative to Styrofoam.


Yesterday, through Robin who makes
Re-Cycle Art, I met AnnD Canavan,
founder of Hillcrest. Goes Greener.

AnnD has a project going that aims to do the
following:

"We are polling vendors and attendees of the Hillcrest Farmers market to understand their opinions regarding various options to achieve Zero Waste (diverting 90% from landfill).

Biomimicry is the study and use of Nature to provide a new model of sustainability. There is no waste in Nature, only reuse cycles. Using this inspiration from Mother Nature, we want to follow her model and offer eco-friendly products and practices to vendors and attendees. Getting away from our practice of "use once and toss" is another goal of this Zero Waste initiative.

Let us know if you would be willing to take this survey online (to save a tree!) and make statistics gathering easier. Just provide your business card or sign the sheet.
