Don't imagine this is going anywhere,
but it was one of a flood of inspirations that
came through this morning.

Numbers of the farmers who produce
what I consider that finest quality butter and cheese
available are on the outs with the FDA
who would like to define production
of raw butter and raw chees products
as a health hazard.

For thousands of years in the evolution
of humankind raw butter and cheese
from pasture fed contented cows has been
an intregral part of a healthy balanced regimen
for many people around the world.

I have difficulty with pasteurized milk and butter
and find it undigestable.

Even raw cheese seems different from pasture fed raw cheese.
My body seems to know.

I have been doing pretty well with organic cheese
from Horizon Organic. I ate some of that
just the other day. A little was left over form our
recent Cultivating Food Justice Event, April 9-10, 2011
in City Heights.

I was inspired to make this little label this morning.

We are about to place our order from one of the
very special farmers who sends raw cheese and butter
our way. It is a real treat and healthy delight.
