Fasting day 5

Just a little entry... 5 days in to the 2nd month, spent the first 2 days of this week doing the long walks and gym sessions, yesterday I couldn't do it again partly because I can only take so much repetition and also because there were other fish to fry (not that I cd eat them!)
I spent the day applying for rental properties and got one and that's quite a breakthrough in itself, a beginning - and today, also, missed out on the long walk in the morning, met a wonderful new guy and spent the night over at his place - an incredible painter... and so much more. So after I got home this morning, was busy getting all the paperwork in order and off to the agents and so on - I might actually go to the gym now for an evening session, it's nearly 7:30 and I'm up for it. My fast is going well, I'm down to 170 today after a long hot bath - it's the lowest point so far, and I'm really looking forward to cracking into the 168 and under - seems like its been tough to get under 170 but it will come... patience and steadfastness... My stomach has been a little touchy yesterday and today, maybe not coping as well with the milk in my tea and cocoa, and also I have been running around and probably not drinking enough water.
Feeling fine, happy about the new financial project and development and move forward and excited for the future. It's tough to keep going sometimes, I do have cravings and perhaps its a mild kind of hunger that has started to say hello - still feel miles from "true hunger" and think for now there is so much extra energy on my frame to melt off and utilize, it's just time to keep going.
