SAVING RAINFORESTS
THROUGH HARVESTING SPICES
Saving Rainforests through harvesting Spices,
what a great idea!
I first heard about this from Thomas Fricke,
and ally that I met at the Natural Product Expo West.
The company is in my thoughts this morning
as I raise the question,
Aleph Kallah, to go or not to go?
I have a few days to decide,
and a ton of other things that need to be stabilized
to get grounded.
I am looking at the priority of going.
KALLAH TO GO OR NOT TO GO?

HAVDALLAH PROJECTS
There are two back burner projects
that come up around being in the Shuk,
the sales portion of the Kallah.
Both have to do with the fragrances
that are used to re-enter from the Holy Day of
Shabat to the regular week.
The first project involves growing
your own Havdallah Garden.
This is a project that builds a bridge
for Jewish people to have a reason to grow some
of their own herbs. There are numbers of
frangrant herbs that can be grown in pots,
including my favorite, Chocolate Peppermint.
Chocolate Peppermint is a reality shifter.
You can shift your world in 15 seconds with
Chocolate Peppermint.
SPICES FROM THE RAINFOREST
The second project involves
spices from the rainforest.
This is a project that came to me
years ago when I made friends
with Thomas Fricke who was working
at the time for the Forestrade Company.
Thomas was aware that many indigenous people
or people who lived in the rainforest were cutting
down the trees to make money. Often they would
clear an area to plant another crop for income.
He was teaching them that they could earn money
through harvesting the natural spices that grow
in the rainforest rather than cut down these valuable
plants.
KALLAH PROJECT
This would involve selling Artistic packets
that were designed with the spices inside of them.
This could be a fundraiser for a friend
who is an artist and needs work.
The other project would involve
little canisters, made of recycled art
that can be used as holders for the havdallah
herbs that could be honored at the
havdallah ceremony.
Often you do not have to cut down the herb
plant to get the fragrance.
MAYBE, WHETHER I WOULD GO OR
NOT GO...THIS PROJECTS HAVE SOME ENERGY...
