THIS IS AN UPDATE ON STAYACTIV
AND CREATINE PRODUCT CON-CRET

Talked to Dan from Promera.
We have not been able to talk for numbers of weeks.
I have been concerned because I use
StayActiv when I need energy.
I sensed the supplies were becoming limited.

We were able to talk today for about fifteen minutes.
Thank you, Promera and Dan.

The focus of the company has been
on their Sports product Supplement called Con-Cret.

StayActiv, the anti-inflammatory that has been
highly effect on me for about three years,
has become an integral part of my life.

The product was invented by Mark Faulkner
who wanted to create a good product for people.
He had spend a lot of time in sports drug testing.
Spending his time busting athletes for drug use
can give a person a bad day, I imagine.

StayActiv has had a number of formulations but
the primary issue now is that the product would sell
better if it cost less.

That is the new goal, to work with the ingredients
and bring the cost down.


LIFESTYLE SHIFT FOR LESLE?

So here I stand.
When I need extra energy, I take StayActiv.
There is no question that StayActiv has helped me
stay active for more than two years.

I am 63 now. i have been attempting to do
three full time jobs. The third job, my health has been
getting the short end of my time.

At 63, a person needs to start looking at how much
they can do with their time.

I met Dr.Bernard Jensen when he was around 67.
He had really great years from 67-87 and lived to 92.

I would like to stick around and do more good for our world.

Right now I am feeling limited with some discomfort that I can
feel in my lower limbs. This has been increasing since
I pulled back on StayActiv.

Dan is going to send me a few bottles of the Creatin product
that is selling like gangbusters.

The StayActiv supply I have can help me get through some
emergency situations, but I am going to have to be realistic
about necessary lifestyle shifts I need to make.


SLOWING DOWN

I have been taking Joshua Tree Flower Essence now for
a couple of weeks religiously. I drop four drops in the finest
water I have and drink it through the day.

I am being stunned by the number of feedbacks I am getting
pointing out core issues I have that compel me to what to
work so hard.

I am blog more on that.


INTENSE HEADACHE

Hd an intense headache during the night.

Used aloe vera from a plant,
some of Jonathan Shaloka's pure peppermint oil
and Original Quinton Marine Plasma as an antidote.
Also took some of the Heel Headache 11
homeopathic medication.

I am feeling somewhat better now,
but want to spend the day balancing out
cleaning up stuff with time at the computer.

GREEN POWER JUICER

Sage Mountain had celery for the first time
this season yesterday.

I have an excess of greens and foods I would like to juice.
Where is the Green Power Juicer?

I have not used it in a number of years.

Going to clean up some things on the back porch
and eat something.

EG MOBILE

The EG Mobile is in the shop
for a number of days doing foundations
work, shocks, Joints, bearings, maybe more.

That's the story for now.
