Day one of twelve day water fast

Day one of my 12 day water fast. I will water fast until 10am on May 23rd, 2011. I am doing this for some weight loss, although I don't have an extreme amount to lose. But more so for my health, physically and mentally. My eating habits have been bad lately, I have been fatigued and depressed. It's been affecting all areas of my life, and I need a fresh start. I will journal my experience, once or twice daily. The longest I have water fasted prior to this was four days.

Starting Weight: 135
