Wow!! just did some great work with Pius making movies
that can inform the next steps of the EGIC here with work with sponsors.
Then, I went into the kitchen. CJ got in my energy field while I was
prepping my food. That was unusual. I said I would be with him in five minutes, but I did not think what I was saying. I was in the middle of an energy flow. I went into the backyard to continue to do what I was doing
and take space. Monitoring my feelings. Why did I have that inner response to him coming up to me? It is deep and from childhood residue. It says,
I am bad, and I did something wrong.
I hear him laughing in the kitchen now....is he breaking his own rules
of the kitchen?

Panic Attack
Jann Garrity of Flower Essence Services called me back.
12 windows of plant perception
spreading phlox....
Talking about doing a presentation...
I have put in about 20 hours on work
on the Joshua Tree Essence....
I feel I need more feedback to complete the loop.
My energy is in depletion.
I need more now to clear more of the Altar I want to clear...
Took Joshua Tree Remedy again just now.
I need a feedback loop.

Feel like I need a midwife to help
me through this rebirth canal.
Had some success letting go of stuff
in my space.
I began to clear an Altar that I had not touched in
four or more years completely.
I want to see only current things on this
Altar, but that is a painful challenge
involving coming down the Altar...
I am escaping...

My head is all over the place.
Working at the computer does that to me.
I want to do better at being sent in so many directions
on the computer and following my original inspiration.
I want to start limiting more the time I give
to the computer.
