Day 2

Day 2 is almost ending, I feel great. I do have hunger pangs and a mild headache. I pretty much slept the whole day today. I might go for a walk in few minutes.

I know that it will take at least 7 days or so for the body to fully switch to fasting mode. I am very excited about this fast and enjoying everyday.
