fasting

I am starting a liquid fast until I weigh 105. I also have a lot of work to do and a lot going on right now, but I really dont care. If I need solids, I'll have a smoothie. Thats it. I need this for a feeling of control. I am breaking up with my bf tonight. I was 116.5 because I overate last night and this morning a bit. So here we go the beginning of a new journey for me, also without my bf.
