Day 1

Today is day 1 of my fast. I am done with my pre-fast and ready to do my water fast. I am very excited about this fast. I know this journey is going to change my life. I am going to try to blog daily of my experience.

I find that I am really bored and don't know what to do. I am on vacation now. I thought maybe tomorrow I am going to start gardening, maybe plant some fresh vegetables and roses. I think I can kill sometime by working on the garden.

I am not hungry at all, but I just have the urge to eat to just pass some time. I do have a slight headache.

I am well aware of all the fasting symptoms and I am ready to face them.
