A Message to my Home Community

I came home from the
Natural Product Expo West (NPEW)
last night with some good energy.
I have been on vapors.
There are shifts I need to make in my homelife
and in personal self care now.

I made it through the NPEW
on a diet of pasture fed lamb
StayActiv anti-inflammatory supplement,
FES Flourish line Remedies,
and Original Quinton Marine Plasma,
and a ton of love and appreciation.

Thanks to these supplements for getting me
to the point, and the point is,
we do have herioc measures that we can take,
but the ultimate remedy is living
in balance with the beat of nature.

This is a winter now ending.
I spend many days up against a wall.
I spent many times in tremendous pain
and concern I might not make it to Spring,
but Spring is coming.

I want to reflect on what I learned and the Shifts
I need to make now.
