The house has been a shared living situation since 1974. 

We are looking for a person who would enjoy the experience of having their own room and personal space and living in this very special environment. 

 

The room is small and has an unusual ceiling.  it feels like a garret.  It would work best for a person who does not have too many possessions.  A futon fits best in the room.  There is room for a desk and internet.  There is room to hang clothes in the hallway entry.

This is a special opportunity to bond with nature and develop the skills that will be needed in the years ahead.  We compost.

You provide your own food, however, you may want to join us in supporting local organic farmers at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.

Numbers of people like to cook natural foods. There are vegetarians as well as carnavores living here, but we all get along.  Mainly we love to eat healthy food. 

 

 

 

This is a place to reconnect with the land and hear birds, and breathe some fresh canyon air. 

We are learning to live together with each other and the earth. 

We want to create a safe and comfortable environment where all can do their own individual work  in a safe and supportive environment. 

Many people have come here and found a place where dreams can be planted.  

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Financial responsibility is important. You are sharing a large property with others.  We need a first and last month's rent.  We need you to be financially stable and able to pay your rent on time.  Your rent includes utilities and some supplies.

 

We would like a housemate who would like to stay for a while although this is a month to month rental.
