Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus offered the following statement regarding the state GOP chairman elections in Vermont:
“I would like to congratulate Pat McDonald on her unanimous election to serve as state party chairman for Vermont. Pat has acquired invaluable experience working in Vermont politics over the years having served in four state agencies under three governors, as Republican Leader in the state legislature, and most recently serving as campaign manager for Phil Scott’s successful statewide campaign for Lieutenant Governor. I am confident that she will work to ensure a strong state party infrastructure so we can elect even more Republicans from the Green Mountain State and continue to grow our Party.”
