I made some great progress
at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market with the
Step up to the Plate project.

A number of the vendors I approached were
positive about switching over from styrofoam to
the Biosmart Packaging made of sugar cane bagasse.

My friend Arslan was ready to begin ordering
BioSmart. He has the Arslan Deli in San Diego
and does a number of Farmers' Markets.
