I took the Flower Essence Formula
Mind Full the first thing This morning.
I doused myself with Flora Sleep the
last thing before going to bed.

I just took one Isotonic Original Quinton
Marine Plasma. This is a medicine that has
been around more than 100 years and connects
me internally with the natural Bio-Terrain,
in other words the pattern of wholeness
that exists throughout nature.

This Bio Terrain emanates the simple beat of nature.
This is the beat that we can begin to reclaim
as we turn the beat around in our own lives.

I talk to my food, just as I recognize that
my food talks to me.

I talk to a beet.

MORBID THOUGHTS

My thoughts have been morbid for numbers of weeks.
I have been looking at all kinds of impossible things.
If the mind keeps racing on this hamster like wheel
over and over without any solution, we can go
insane.

I have been looking at moving off the land where
I have lived since 1982. I have also been looking
at staying here. All solutions have seemed impossible.

This morning I am under the influence of Mind Full.
I am going to keep dousing myself.

I need some possible solutions for staying here.

I need to map out steps.


TODAY


I have a house meeting tonight at 7 pm.

I also have a Drumbeat San Diego run though for 6 pm
at the Queen Bee In North Park.

I would like to attend both of these a bit.

I want to have Keep The Beet have a showing at the Queen Bee
for the event next Saturday February 6.

Mainly I need to write this morning here.

I need to plot out how once again,
the impossible becomes the possible.


MOVING THE ENERGY

Yesterday morning, before the Hillcrest Farmers' Market,
I moved the energy on my desk.

Now I can see more clear space.
I have a candle burning.

I just took the books off the shelf in front of
my face.

Taking time to do this has separated me
a bit from my early morning inspiration.
I need to get back to my inspiration.
