I had my third bad experience with a Duo Poro 2.0
from Hitachi today.

The plug that goes into USB on the drive end does not
fit in solidly.

It can fall out.

Next, I plug it in, starting copying, but
moved the Imac. The external drive went off.
I had to reformat the material.

Then, I copied about eight hours worth of material.
I unplugged it properly, and into another Mac.
The white light and the red lgiht kept blinking and themachine
turned off and on repeatedly.

Tech support was good from Tony.

Then, replugged in into the original IMac.

Same results. I received support to turn it back
with a return number called an RMA number.

Please follow up on replacement, Tony.
You said you would send a 2 Tb G tecnnology to replace this third Duo Pro that 2.0
that went bad today.

I have another simple drive that I use that has been fine.
I just plugged in into both mac's and it works.
It is the the drive.

The quality of the Dou Pro 2.0 by Hitachi is just now anything I want to continue to deal with.
That is the third RMA I have had.

Please follow you.
