Sugar Cane Bagasse.

Bagasse is a by-product of Sugar Cane production.
Anthony Russo of BioSmart and EarthSmart
is producing a whole line of very lovely take out containers.

One of our Beet Keeper, projects 2011
is to help convert the Hillcrest Farmers Market
to Get BioSmart.

Our oceans and landfills are breaking down with too much
plastic and styrofoam. Through Get BioSmart, Keep The Beet
Media Star, The World's FIrst Talking Beet Plant is convinced
we can lessen the pollution in our world.

What would the steps be to convert one popular Farmers's
Market in San Diego to BioSmart? We are setting out to
see!!!
