WITH DAD




My father is reaching out for help
at a time when I am needing a serious shift
out of my manager role here at the
Enchanted Garden Intentional Community Growing Grounds.

He lives in L.A.
The love of his life is his wife, my step mother.
She is already in a retirement home.

My dad would prefer not to be in a retirement home.

His apartment is now invaded by rats,
and under attack by criminals who attempt to
bother him on the street or break into his apartment
periodically.

My niece Eva has been doing a lot of the family
responsibility.

LA is the city of my birth.

This may be a good time for me to
go up there and spend time with my father during
his twilight years.

The Rodriguez Family, my main farming family,
also does Farmers' Markets in LA.

I could continue to help them from there.

There are many Jewish people who need help in LA
with food.

It would be good to be closer to my niece Eva
and help my father.
