The best diet for your health is:
40% protien from all types of meats/insects/eggs
30% good fats from olive oil, Omega 3-6-8-rich meats like fish and grass-fred critters,
30% Fibers and carbohydrates from all and any sort of vegetables, fruits, nuts or seeds you can get your hands on. Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are the best. Buy unsalted, because you'll make yourself simply too thirsty on salt.
The reason for meat is:
After the great flood our bodies lost the ability to produce IGF 1 (the body's precursor for creating all new cells). Full vegetarians have to eat heavy amounts of mung-beans to get all the protien they need for this. Protiens also fill your stomach up for up to five hours, as opposed to only one to two hours, like bread.
The daily supplements to help your processes best:
A strong B-complex,
A 500mg C vitamin tablet,
A healthy dose of D3, according to the vitamin D council recommendations ( http://www.vitamindcouncil.org
),
A cheap multivitamin to cover whatever you don't get from the day's food
3-4 fish oil tablets to balance out bad cholesterol intake.
Anything else, you don't need. Protien must be taken alongside the D council's reccomendations, to avoid any ill effects.
ALL calcium supplements must be stopped RIGHT away if you take the D council's levels of D3. Your calcium will come in through your food, and you will get CALCIUM TOXEMIA on calcium supplements.
Energy levels on this go up, muscle building goes up, sleepiness at sunset -increases-, your brain -relaxes-, your old damages like hearing loss, skin damage, hard skin on your feet, acne, thin hair, etc, start to repair themselves. Old injuries and damages give light aches because the D3 breaks down scar tissue.
Eat your meat until your stomach feels mostly full at each meal, then fill up happy with whatever vegetables and fruits you have around, cooked or uncooked, it doesn't matter. Your microwave won't harm what you cook, quite worrying.
Sweeten your foods with maple syrup only. Make a trailmix of nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, along with raisins, dried cranberries or anything else you can think of and snack on about a handful a day. Macadamia nuts are healthiest for you, they are tasty healthbombs of nutrition.
If you take easy carbohydrates and bread together with D3, you -gain- weight, even if you are trying to keep a classic low bread, low milk, low everything' diet.
If you don't combine the D3 use with excercise, you won't gain any muscle.
Fat loss is increased 125% by D3, exercise and this diet combined.
Obeisity, trouble sleeping, and depression are all linked to a D3 deficiency. If you are suffering a cancer, heart issues, mental sufferings, skin problems, neurological problems, and other health disorders, this diet MAY help you. Most of our illnesses today are caused by living in sun-deprived places and lacking good nutrion and excercise. These things can be helped by lifestyle changes, and I suspect also cured. Be good to your body.
If you are in a MAJOR health crisis, a theraputic dose of D3 may start a reversal process. Look up the numbers on the vitamin D council site and take what answers to one full hour of D3 produced by the skin in the sun, and then do your D3 supplementation from there according to the daily intake reccomendations.
God bless, and seek a good community of faith, love and forgiveness. I reccommend born-again christians.
