Day three of D3 treatment for Diabetes, discussion of diet, and muscle spasms/rush, which feels good. Very naturally tired, brain keeps trying to keep me up!

I've been supplementing on 10,000ie a day of D3 after my booster dose of 50,000 ie of vitamin D3.
Even though I'm still just dozing, I feel surprisingly well and hale and hole. This stuff does amazing things for the positive outlook of the mind. I was on antidepressives for three years until may last year, and got off birth control pills in 2008.
The D3 in the 'high' doses is having the same effect for me as my antidepressives ever did, except it doesn't take months to get the same effect. My body LIKES the protohormone cholecalciferol! (Vitamin D3)
My caloric intake has gone down drastically since new year's day, as lack of sleep reduces appetite and energy levels. However, I have kept myself on a light diet of fish, spinach and ruccola, eggs, a bit of turkey, blueberries, etc. My mouth is watering thinking of it! I have gone to soy milk and soy yogurt for my probiotics and milk replacement.
The high protien and good fats intake is vital to the recovery of my body. Protien is the major nutrient used by the body to produce IGF1, and I want that for the regeneration of my pancreatic beta cells for insulin production.
Having blood sugar spikes and dips like on sugar and simple carbohydrates will just stress them out, so I'm trying to run the optimal mile.
I've been having lots of 'body rush' tremors tonight, like I had the first night after I had my huuuge dose of D3. and my huge dose.. only corresponds to an hour of bathing in the sun nakie.
Body-rush tremors are those gentle musclespasms you get when yawning or after a good workout. I think my muscles are twitching to burn off a little fat, because I keep staying awake through the nights. I'm weak, but I'm happy. All this brain business after all uses a great deal of energy! The brain is a big consumer of calories.
Diabetes is a vitamin D3 deficiency, I'm more or less convinced of it.
