December 31, 2010

The last day of 2010 went out with a bang
of darkness so far.

The high light was clearing some stuff.
Got through some shredding.
Cut up into pieces 2005 and some 2006
financial records.

I am looking at more of this.

Lots of revelation of unhealthy communication is going on here.
It has been going on for a long time, but
I have a healthy quest in the house who is pointing this out to me.

I was mired in stuff today.
I do not want to leave this wonderful year in this energy.
I had too much good stuff going on this year,
really, really, wonderful stuff.

I need to stop and reflect on how wonderful the year was.
Really really good things happened to me.
I would like to be in gratitude, not sucked down into
the mire of where things are now.

I really need a contract now,
a deep contrast.

Where can go where I am appreciated?

I have two options.

I will take some Stayactiv pills
and get out of this funk.

My guest, Yannie's mom,
pointed out that the house may be at an end.
It would be hard to accept this.
I have been have feelings of a turtle in a shell
for a long time.
Maybe it is time..yes...yes...to
come out of this turtle shell
and poke my head out...

To Get the Kind of people I want in here...
this place is run down...Will people come in
to lift up what is run down?????

I need to put out the word strongly!

THE BREATH OF LIFE TRIBE creates a dynamic experience, that leaves people relaxed AND charged. The deep healing adventure ranges from sacred chanting in Sanskrit and other languages, meditation, breathing, sound healing, dancing, and healing lights. The Kirtan is led by The Other Deepak, who shares his wisdom from a life practice of meditation, breathing, and the consistent growth of the Self in its many dimensions. He has found life to be a journey, and his devotion to singing, teaching, and playing comes through in the Breath of Life Tribe. The Tribe is a collaboration of great artists, teachers, shamans, and musicians of a broad array of backgrounds, which creates a depth in the sound, and in the delivery of the message of connection, unity, and love. Special guests often appear, but the core members are Christo Pellani on drums/percussion/healing bowls; Brandon Fox on guitar/vocals; Eddie Young on Cello/Bass/Flute; Cooper Madison on Tabla/Harmonium/Vocals/Sitar; and Deepak on Vocals/Violin/Guitar. http://www.breathoflifetribe.com
