Will comment in the morning.
This is from The New York Times.

I like the references to the flood.
The statium is above the San Diego River.
Once a ship sailed up that river, now malls
cover up the river's route when it rains.

Curious how we plan,
What we know about living in harmony with the
beat of nature.

A new Drumbeat is needed.

RAIN NOTED IN NEW YORK TIMES

The game was played on a slick field after 1.5 million gallons of rainwater was pumped out of San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium overnight. The players were slipping and sliding all night, but the organizers met their promise of kicking off on time after several days of torrential rain flooded the field and a portion of the parking lot.

SO HOW MUCH DOES 1.5 MILLION GALLONS COST?

I would like to know.
