Took me a long time to be able to figure this out.

HOW DO YOU LIKE THIS VIDEO I MADE

Unfortunately Wordpress.com doesn't allow their blogs to have content embedded directly in them. Instead a third party tool must be used to make the video show up on Wordpress.

Here are the steps to post the video using vodpod.com:

Create or log in to your account at vodpod.com
Click the 'Add Video' button
Copy the embed code from our player and paste it into the box above the 'Continue' button
Click the 'Continue' button
Click 'Yes, this is the video'
Give the video a title and click 'Save'
Now open your video in vodpod and find the 'Share' menu option (it should be below the player)
Note that the video won't play correctly from here
Click 'Blog'
In the 'Post to Your Blog' dialog click the link that says 'Wordpress.com shortcode'
Copy this code
In a Wordpress.com blog post edit page paste the code where you want it to appear
You'll need to change the code. Change the text where says w=425&h=350 to say w=410&h=500
When you publish your post, the video should appear!
