Nothing to see here! Move along! LOL (From a Veggietale movie that I watched earlier. LOL)

I am bored and tying to keep busy by reading, cleaning a little bit and listening to music. My brain feels like it is falling out of my head, because I have been reading Ben Hur for two days now. It is good, but it is very intense and deep, so it really is getting my brain a work out. I guess it helps with boredom. I have less then ¼ of the book left so I am going to try and finish it today, but my brain feels like “Classic” mush. LOL

PJ came out for once and sat in the living room for a while, when I was in there making my breakfast. He commented on how I was eating veggies for breakfast. I told him that a long time ago, I used to eat veggies for breakfast and I loved it. He thought it was weird. He didn't understand since there was instant oatmeal, why I didn't have that breakfast. I told him that not every one in the world eats traditional things for breakfast like oatmeal and cereal. I told him that I would rather eat veggies for breakfast, then oatmeal, as it is healthier for me. Then again, Phil doesn't incorporate a lot of veggies in his or his son's diet, so it would be really weird to see someone eating streamed veggies for breakfast.

I went over to Christy's for a while just to break up the monotony, as Phil didn't need the car until around 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. I found out later it was because he had a migraine headache. I felt bad, as I couldn't help him and plus he was in that room with his son so I felt left out again. At one time, he would have loved me to check up on him to make sure he had something to drink at his side. I would have rubbed his head, which he likes and always seems to have his son do for him.

I kind of wish I would have large living room TV so that I would at least play some Wii on mute or something, as there isn't much more then I can at the moment. All I do have if my books, cleaning, listening to my MP3 player and watching/listening to movies on my 13 inch TV in my bedroom.

I started my Epson salt gall bladder flush. I filled up my liter water bottled and added a ¼ cup of Epson salts, like I have in the past, and started drinking from it at 2:00 p.m. and I kept drinking from it until it was gone around 10:00 p.m. At times, I fought myself to drink from it, because it tasted so nasty, that plain water tasted sweet and delicious afterwards. LOL. I ran to the grocery store and bought a huge grapefruit so I could squeeze it and mix it with olive oil for the last part of the flush. Around 10:00, I mixed the squeezed grapefruit and olive oil together and drank it. YUCKY! And then I went to bed and allowed the concoction do its work.

FOOD INTAKE:

BREAKFAST: A ½ cup of Steamed veggies (carrots, and broccoli ) seasoned with garlic and herb spices (no salt added) and a 10 leaves of steamed Spinach seasoned with garlic and herb spices (no salt added)

LUNCH: One cup of bean stew/soup (I made)and ¼ cup of steamed broccoli

DINNER: NONE – doing a Gall bladder flush

EXERCISE: Walking around the house

WATER INTAKE: At least a liter mixed with Epson salts in it

WEIGHT: 140 pounds
