Feeling SooooOoooo much better today when the last two days. I honestly haven't really come off my high in a feeling that I don't feel heavy like I have done in the past when coming off a fast. It must be that I am not immediately filling my body full of food.


Late last night I drank 16 ounces of water and it tasted good to me again. I still have an awful taste in my mouth, that I am still brushing my teeth and using mouth wash several times a day.

I played the Wii a for about a half an hour and then played it again later on. I really like how much it really makes me move. I love Fencing, Bowling, and playing Basketball so far. Phil and PJ really like it too.

Oh, it looks like he won't be moving out as he doesn't have a working car. He has been using my car and I told him that I am not putting gas in it anymore since he is driving it. I put gas $15.00 ( ¾ of a tank) in it November 24 and he had it on “E” the morning of November 26th. That amount would have lasted me all week back and forth from work! I drove to the grocery store to pick up some veggies and put another $12.00. I told him that my budget can't handle putting that much gas in my car every couple days. I told him if he was going to drive my car, I didn't want it any lower then a quarter of a tank, as the weather is getting colder and I don't want a fuel line freeze because he decides not to put enough gas in my car. I will see if he will listen to me. My mother would have a fit if she knew that was allowing him to drive my car again.

At the grocery store, I picked up a three bags of organic broccoli & carrots and broccoli, cauliflower and carrots as they were marked down to 99 cents, which was great with my budget. I picked up a bag of mixed leafy greens.

Later that day, I steamed a half a cup of a mixture of broccoli and carrots and ate it slowly. I know that I said that I was going to just eat raw food, but I was cold and I wanted something warm as well as soft in my stomach, as I wasn't certain if my stomach was ready for solid food yet. I am sure that I will eat some of it raw as well. It tasted SoooooOoooo good!

FOOD INTAKE:

MIDAFTERNOON: ½ Cup of a mixture of steamed broccoli and carrots


LATER EVENING: Two spoonfuls of beans with a half cup (coffee cup) of broth.

I didn't eat much, but then I really didn't feel like eating much. I was pretty much happy with what I ate. And I didn't want to over eat, and stuff my body. I have really been listening to my body regarding this issue.

WATER INTAKE: about 16 ounces +
