This location is between Spruce and Redwood St.

As we move onto this next meeting, Art and I feel that discussing the
current state of the projects/spaces, and how we can all help move the
projects/spaces forward would be the most productive use of time. We
would like to evaluate the projects that we have, where they are in
their development, and what we need to do in the coming weeks to
develop the agenda for various spaces/projects the day of the event.

If you are facilitating a space at the event, please try to make this
meeting, as the more status updates on proposed spaces/projects we can
get the better for the organizers to help them to develop a plan for
the day of the event.

All this is critical because we'd like to have an agenda for
participants to navigate the event.

We also want to come up with a plan for video recording the project
pitches so we can offer people something online. We will have video
equipment present to record any projects/spaces who are ready to
engage in creating a pitch video.

Currently the agenda of the event would look like this. This Thursday,
we want to consider the agenda and start putting meat on the bones of
these agenda items.

-Opening Introduction
-Pitch of each project
-Spectrogram
-Speedgeeking
-Projects and spaces open up.
