#S510, the Food Safety Modernization Act,
comes to a vote after Thanksgiving.

Be one of 1 million calls to the Capital Switchboard
at (202) 224-3121.

Call for a national conversation on Food Safety
with all voices being heard on the issue.

The senators would like to rush the bill through
without full digesting of the issues involved here.

As the bill would pass now,
It grants the FDA too much additional unwarranted authority
to harm those who would practice Food as Medicine.

The local food movement needs to get together right this minute
and put some of our personal food preferences aside to slow down
this potentially extremely dangerous attack on real food.


LISTEN TO THIS RADIO SHOW
MADE ON THANKSGIVING DAY


This show brought up as many questions for me
as answers. Lou Cornaro and Brian Wall, two devoted Vegans
were on the same show hosted by JoAnn Armenta,
my ally in Purpose- Focused Alternative Learning.

I lean toward Dr. Bernard Jensen's
Balanced Daily Living Regimen that suggests there are
20 chemical types of people.
Our individual balance in dictated
by our Life Purpose.

We cannot all be successful Vegans.
We cannot all be successful meat eaters,
but some of us can be both successful vegans as well
as sucessful meat eaters, as well as vegetarians,
and consumers of healthy raw pasture fed dairy.

Few of us can be successfully healthy with the assault
on our food supply by the FDA that stands behind unlabeled
GEO Foods, and a ton of dangerous chemicals in the marketplace
right now such as Aspartame and BPA, as well
as releasing GE Salmon in our threathened oceans.

In spite of our personal food perferences, this is the moment,
to take a stand on our national and international food emergency
inspired by #S510, the Food Safety Modernization Act.


BOND TOGETHER NOW

Everyone who values Food as Medicine,
please bond together now.

Vegans need to be supporting those who value pasture fed dairy.
Pasture fed dairy eaters need to support the education of others
to eat more vegan foods.


MY TESTIMONIAL
TOWARD EDUCATING WASHINGTON
AND OTHERS ABOUT REAL FOOD SAFETY

I gain much now from Jewish Renewal practices
as well as Christian practices. I celebrate both
Chanukah and Christmas.

I personally eat pasture fed lamb butchered
by a Moslem friend and ally who I call brother.
He speaks better Hebrew than I do and was born
in Bethlehem. I have benefited greatly from this food
and his prayers, and I pray for him and
care about his family.

I personally eat pasture fed butter
that comes from a farm being attacked
by the FDA. I do not digest well raw cheese
that is commercially grown. I do not eat
I get extremely ill on pasteurized milk
and commercial raw butter, and rarely
eat pasteurized cheese because the
ailing cows contaminate the milk with
their hormones that depress me.

I do not eat commercial salt
that I find poisionous to my system.
I benefit from Celtic raw sea salt
rich in minerals.

Go figure.

I stand firmly with my Essene Vegan and Vegetarian
brothers and sisters, and fully support their ministries.

I welcome any and all of them to show me personally
how my very special chemical type--a classic Neurogenic
Constitutional Type in the system of V.G. Rocine,
(See "The Chemistry of Man" by Dr Bernard Jensen
would benefit from a Vegan regimen that would meet my
soul needs at this time and fulfill my life purpose to plant
1000 years of peace. I respect
all life, dearly love animals, and would be a vegetarian
if that was my path at this time. I will do all I can
to make this world safe for anyone who desires
to be a successful vegan, and will guide them toward
models of successful vegan living who are my friends.

Dr. Bernard Jensen, my spiritual father,
served vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
His work was inspired by what a person needed
to fulfill their soul purpose and health need
at any one time. This is the work I carry forward.
I have both benefited from fasting and injured
myself through fasting. Food as Medicine
asks wisdom, as much as eating junk food
blessed by the US Government and its science,
requires enlightened conversation.

now before we give 100 US Senators, and the FDA
as it now stands,
the power to determine the future of our food supply.

slow down and enter into a thorough
national conversation on
Food Safety. It is time now to Chew on Food Safety.


SENATOR HARKIN

Senator Harkin, one of the lead Senators said that we are throwing the dice
with Food Safety each day we further delay the passage of #S510.
In the radio show, I agree, but add that the primary source of Food Contamination is our broken contaminated Industrial Food Ag system.

I was talking to micro farmer Barry Logan about this
on Thanksgiving Day 2010. The Industrial Ag System is
now bankrupt. It would collaspe upon itself were it not
propped up by subsidies and a Farm Bill that supports
obesity and harming our children and their parents.

This bill, #S510 is manipulative.
There are forces behind the Food Safety movement,
ruled by Trade and international Competition concerns,
that would like nothing more than the opportunity now to give a knock out blow to all the Joe the Farmers of the world,
what I consider the cornerstone of Food Safety,
our emerging local Food Movement.
