lost more weight, along with a whole bunch of gallstones!!!

fasted yesterday and then did a liver flush last night... this morning i was down to 135.4 lbs, and then this eve, when i did a coffee enema, a whole load of gallstones came out. This has happened before, so i know what they look like. bright green, pea green, dark green...

i uploaded pictures to the curezone photo section last time - titled "Gallstones Baby!" - i just flushed them this time, but again, there were about 10-15 stones, and they looked identical to the ones in the photo. Just in case anyone isn't grossed out enough, and wants to be : )

so the whole thing is going really well. i am in ketosis, and my mood is good too. i had a cool day today at college, and then had a session with my psychologist, who is the most gorgeous man ever - so warm, sincere, charming, nice - even a bit flirtatious! -and i got the results of the NEO personality inventory i did - very, very interesting for me. and helpful. the college provide this counselling service for anyone who wants it - it's brilliant.

yesterday i eat nothing, but today i had a some organic salad leaves with a flax oil/balsamic dressing, some parmesan, and a few fresh nuts. Don't plan to eat much more today.
