Lost more weight today, but only 0.2 lb. At 137.0 now.
have been eating too much.
i know that the weight falls off when i allow myself to really feel hunger PANGS... you know, gnawing in the stomach.
it's not actually so bad or anything. it's more a mental decision than any huge physical challenge. i have just been stressed out with college. very, very long days. didn't make it to yoga last night (too tired - good decision), or today (too busy with other stuff - bad decision).
not in ketosis yet either, but then again, how could i be?! just eating too much.
tomorrow (friday) i have a day off, then also the weekend is almost totally free and relaxed. which is cool. i can go to yoga 3 days in a row, get a liver flush in, eat properly, and go to bed at a reasonable time.
so looking forward to it!
